Trade Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Collins Arcade, 260 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 ("Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 11AM  on June 26 and closes at 4PM  on June 26 ("Promotion Period").

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees of the Promoter, participating retailers, associated agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must, during the Promotion Period:

• Complete the competition entry form via the designated QR code or entry mechanism;
• Provide a valid name and email address
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Limit of one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.

5. Major Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) MJ Bale Churchill Jacket and Trouser suit package valued at up to $998 AUD
• One (1) 6-month Everyday Membership to Waterman Workspaces Collins Street valued at $3000 AUD

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Any costs associated with redeeming the prize that are not expressly stated are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Prize Draw

The winner will be determined by random electronic draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place at:

Date: 26 June, 2026
Time: 4PM

The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within three (3) business days of the draw.

8. Unclaimed Prize

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.

Any redraw will take place at the same location and method as the original draw.

9. Privacy

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and for future marketing communications from Collins Arcade.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

10. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.

11. Publication of Winner

The winner's first name and suburb may be published on Collins Arcade's website and/or social media channels.
